A Story of Hope

Two Pathways clients recently achieved a major milestone: receiving their state IDs and birth certificates. With support from Community on the Rise, which visits Pathways monthly to help with vital documents, they now have what they need to move forward.

Pearlneisha Johnson shared, “Pathways has helped me get back on track by being there for me, helping with my appointments, and my identification. Getting back on track has also helped my mental health, and I love it here.”

These new IDs represent more than identification. They represent independence, stability, and the next step toward achieving their dreams.
